What parents want to know first
Homework, hours, ages, and whether the afternoon will actually work for your family — answered straight.
What does my child actually do here after school?
They arrive, settle with a snack, then homework comes first — in a small group with a mentor, not a silent room. Once work is done, the afternoon opens into reading, projects, and creative time so they still get to be kids before pickup.
Will the homework get finished — and understood?
That is the point of the afternoon. Mentors stay with the work until it is done and actually makes sense, so you are not restarting it at 8pm. If a subject needs extra depth, we talk about A² Plus.
How do I know the afternoon went well if I am not there?
You get a parent view: points, streaks, and weekly notes. Pickup should not be a guessing game about what got done, what was hard, and how the day felt.
Is this the right fit for my child's age?
A² is built for children ages 5 to 16. Younger ones get a calmer start and more guidance. Older ones get focus, habits, and space to work more independently. We place each child in a group that fits — not a mixed waiting room.
We already have a tutor. Why would we need this?
A tutor is usually one subject, one hour. A² is the whole afternoon: homework across classes, a snack, enrichment, and a place they want to return to. Many families keep a tutor for a weak subject and use A² for the rest of the week.
What does the week look like — days, hours, pickup?
Afternoons, Sunday to Thursday, from about 2:30 PM. Most families choose 3 days or 5. Pickup is designed to be simple and safe. Book a visit and we will confirm this season’s hours and the group that matches your school run.
We live nearby, not in Jounieh itself. Can we still come?
Yes. Families come from across Keserwan — Sarba, Ghadir, Haret Sakher, Kaslik, Sahel Alma, Maameltein, and Adma. If the drive after school is realistic for you, the center is.
